3. Product features
All kinds of screw barrel are made of high quality alloy steel 38CrMoALA. The product has the characteristics of high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and life improvement after negative ion nitriding. It can replace imported products. All technical indicators are strictly in accordance with JB/T8538-1997 and ISO9002 standards.

Hard chromium plating on the surface after nitriding: ≥900HV
Chromium plating thickness: 0.05 ~ 0.10mm
